Terms of cancelation

• Non-cancellable / Non-refundable rate: once the reservation is made, the entire reservation (excluding tourist taxes) is invoiced. The reservation is non-modifiable, non-cancellable and non-refundable, under any circumstances (including technical, logistical problems or illness).
• Flexible Rate: cancellable under the booking deadline conditions. No amount is debited in this period. Cancellation during the stay: for all rates, the total amount of the stay (excluding tourist taxes) will be charged or payable.

No-show: for all rates, the amount of the stay (excluding tourist tax) will be charged for no-show.

Group booking

• Contact reception by telephone or email for any tailor-made stay study.

Tourist tax

• €2.16 per day and per person (child from 14 years old), to be paid on site
